Maxym Artemenko JD

Maxym Artemenko runs a broad civil litigation practice at Wolfson Law. He represents clients in shareholder disputes, commercial litigation and collection matters. He has appeared as counsel on numerous motions, trials and appeals in Ontario and various administrative tribunals.

Maxym obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017. Prior to that, Maxym graduated from York University. During his studies at Osgoode, Maxym worked in the immigration division at Parkdale Community Legal Services and the SSP refugee clinic. Maxym received the John Yaremko, Q.C. Scholarship from Osgoode Hall and was a Member of Dean's Honour Roll and Golden Key Society.

Maxym serves clients in English, Russian and Ukranian.
